We Ship our orders worldwide from LONDON UNITED KINGDOM via DHL EXPRESS/ Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items are usually Shipped next working business day.

Rest of the World- The estimated delivery time depends on the country you order from. This is usually 2-3 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event of a return we will accept the items within 7 days of you receiving it. Please email sellandbuyluxury@gmail.com to authorise a return. You must contact us within 3 days. Please be aware that Items returned must be absolutely the same condition it was sent to you and including All packaging and accessories.

Please note that the return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. The responsibility for each item that you are returning is with the customer until we have received the item. If your item is damaged or lost before it reaches us, we cannot provide a refund.

When your return has been received and accepted, you will be issued the appropriate refund within 5 business days. Please note, however, that depending on your financial institution, the refund may take longer.
